Maintaining online privacy of children is essential to building a safe site where children can interact freely.  In conforming with the 1998 Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, the author provides the following webside policies: 

 The author does not collect visitor's personally identifiable information, nor are visitors required to give personally identifiable information in order to access or use the site.

Although the author tries to review links to other sites carefully, the author disclaims any responsibility or liability for the privacy policies, data colliection practices or regulatory compliance of those sites.

 If a visitor sends the author an E-mail, the visitor's E-mail address and other information sent for the author's response will be deleted after the author responds. If a visitor sends the author an item for publication (a review, for example), the author will identify the visitor by first name only.

The author will not collect, use, or disclose personally identifiable information from a child without parental notification or without obtaining prior verifiable parental consent.
